Who I Am
  • Cooking and production quality control 
  • Managing the main kitchen production areas from the receiving to the production lines to the distribution for all Noura’s branching in France in additional to the banquets and catering
  • Supervising the production food consistency, food cost, food quality and quantity control 
  • Collaborating with all the restaurants branches chef’s 
  • Acting as a Food & Beverage manager 
  • Creating new plates presentation and recipes 
  • Performing daily walk-throughs in the outlets and all preparation spaces, storerooms, kitchens, walk in coolers and freezers to ensure full compliance with traceability, health and hygiene production requirements.
What I Do
