Managing the main kitchen production areas from the receiving to the production lines to the distribution for all Noura’s branching in France in additional to the banquets and catering
Supervising the production food consistency, food cost, food quality and quantity control
Collaborating with all the restaurants branches chef’s
Acting as a Food & Beverage manager
Creating new plates presentation and recipes
Performing daily walk-throughs in the outlets and all preparation spaces, storerooms, kitchens, walk in coolers and freezers to ensure full compliance with traceability, health and hygiene production requirements.
